Job Summary
Join StretchLab Minnesota as a Flexologist (one-on-one assisted stretch therapist) to assess clients via overhead squat, design customized stretching programs, and guide sessions using static, passive, and PNF techniques. You’ll educate clients on mobility, document progress, maintain client relationships, and adapt routines for diverse ages and fitness levels. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, certification in stretching techniques, CPR/first aid (preferred), and excellent communication. Training program includes online tutorials and in-person sessions; flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays; compensation includes base pay plus stretch bonus, PTO, health benefits, 401(k), and growth potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or related field
- Certification in stretching techniques or relevant disciplines (e.g., yoga, Pilates, personal training)
- CPR and first aid certification (preferred)
- Ability to go through Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online tutorials, 2 days in-person training, 20 hours practice)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
- Experience in fitness/health environment preferred
