Exercise Physiologist - Cardiac Rehab

Develop and deliver comprehensive, individualized cardiac rehabilitation programs including initial assessment, patient/family education, and monitored progressive exercise, aligned with department policies and Providence Health Systems. Role encompasses assessing patients, implementing therapy per scope of practice, coordinating with referring physicians, and supporting care plans through evidence-based cardiac rehabilitation.
