Exercise Physiologist - Cardiac Rehab - BroMenn

Develop and implement exercise programs for cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation (phases II and III) and lead/educate patients and families. Collaborate with the care team to align plans with post-operative/hospital care, adapt exercise programs based on physiological and ECG responses, document EMR reports on education, progression, and patient status, assist with scheduling and billing of cardiac rehab services, precept students, conduct stress testing as needed, and coordinate outpatient rehab plans and class schedules while monitoring patients on telemetry and addressing adverse events.
