Exercise Physiologist

Perform pre- and post-rehabilitation testing to evaluate patient capacity, then design and instruct customized exercise therapy based on test data, health status, and medication regimens. Continuously monitor patient responses during exercise, promptly recognizing abnormal reactions or contraindications to cease exercise and initiate medical referrals when necessary. Provide evidence-based physical activity education and guidance to patients, clinical peers, and the community through instruction and public educational sessions. Maintain and calibrate department equipment, manage patient records and scheduling, and provide operational oversight for department activities in the manager's absence.
