Job Summary
Serve as the primary technical and functional resource for the Exenta ERP platform, acting as the first point of contact for all user inquiries across Production, Finance, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Inventory Control. Diagnose and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration errors while bridging the gap between users and the technical team to optimize business procedures. Spearhead end-to-end project lifecycles, manage system upgrades and patches, and validate data integrity through exception reporting and unit testing. Develop SOPs and training guides tailored to custom workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration with departments and third-party applications to drive ERP implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and/or implementing Exenta ERP
- Experience in the apparel/fashion/accessories industry
- Ability to utilize artificial intelligence to achieve goals
- Proficiency in all Exenta modules including Sales Order, Production Order, Costing, Allocations, and Inventory Management
- Strong understanding of style/color/size/label grid structures and pre-pack configurations
- Experience with EDI flows and integration with third-party applications
- Excellent ability to translate complex technical issues into actionable solutions for non-technical users
- Ability to take on new projects and responsibilities in alignment with business and technology innovation
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Experience with 3rd party PLM systems (preferred)
