Executive - Warehouse Operations - Contract Logistics

Executive - Warehouse Operations responsible for all warehouse functions (Inward, Sorting, Picking, Outbound and Inventory), unloading vehicles in a timely manner, planning manpower to match volume fluctuations, managing 150+ staff, ensuring site safety and hygiene, loss control, timely customer query responses, and proactive escalations. Also responsible for regional P&L management, ensuring zero debits from customers, maintaining margins, and driving productivity improvements; require customer relationship management and timely reporting to reduce escalations, with coordination alongside Warehouse Manager.
