Job Summary
Executive Vice President of Sales to lead the company’s sales strategy in the fresh produce sector. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team (regional and national managers), establishing revenue goals, developing and maintaining relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice providers, negotiating contracts and pricing, overseeing sales forecasting and budgeting, coordinating with marketing, operations, and supply chain, and representing the company at industry events. Requires travel domestically and internationally. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field (MBA preferred), 10+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership within fresh produce or food industry, strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and sales metrics.
Required Qualifications

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies in a competitive market
- Strong understanding of the fresh produce supply chain, market dynamics, and customer needs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
- Experience managing national and regional sales teams
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
