Job Summary
Executive Vice President of Operations responsible for translating the organization’s mission and strategic goals into actionable, measurable operational plans across the company. Oversees cross-functional teams, drives operational planning and coordination, manages staffing and budgeting, and ensures compliance with CMS and healthcare regulations. Builds internal communication protocols, maintains client and stakeholder relationships, leverages technology to streamline workflows, and leads business development initiatives to promote sustainable growth and market competitiveness. Reports to the CEO and provides updates on progress, challenges, and adherence to operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred
