Job Summary
Lead NSDC's strategic growth agenda by mobilizing innovative financing solutions and creating sustainable funding pipelines. Design and operationalize blended finance, outcome-based financing, Social Impact Bonds, and Pay-for-Success mechanisms while scaling the Skill Impact Bond programme through onboarding outcome funders, philanthropic organizations, and impact investors. Develop financing products leveraging CSR, ESG, philanthropy, and private capital, and lead partnerships with Development Finance Institutions, multilateral banks, sovereign funds, and family offices. Explore Social Stock Exchange and social investment funds to build commercially viable solutions aligned with Government of India initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's in business or finance, with an MBA preferred and minimum 20 years in banking.
