Executive-level leader to build analytical and operational infrastructure for a newly designed pillar, lead business intelligence and program learning, and drive cross-team collaboration through structured scenario planning and forward-looking analysis to align programs, strategy, funding, operations, and talent in service of community impact. Reports to the President and CEO and serves as a key member of the senior leadership team, with a focus on elevating organizational capability, ensuring alignment with NVFS’s mission, and expanding reach through rigorous, data-informed decision-making.
