Job Summary
Executive Vice President of Human Resources responsible for strategic HR leadership across a multi-state oilfield services organization. Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development; champion culture, values, and leadership development; develop workforce and succession planning; drive HR integration during mergers and acquisitions; partner with leaders across locations to maintain a high-performing, engaged workforce. Requires 15+ years of progressive HR leadership, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience supporting dispersed workforces in a multi-state environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience leading HR for a multi-state organization with approximately 1,000 employees or more
- Proven experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, organizational integration, and change management initiatives
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance
- Experience supporting field-based and geographically dispersed workforces
- Oilfield services, energy, industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or related industry experience strongly preferred
