Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of community operations and resident experience, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client-facing services and alignment with AMG's vision. Drive performance and accountability through key metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and new business growth. Collaborate with the Chief Community Accounting Officer and executive team to leverage strategies for client retention and acquisition. Monitor annual budgets, analyze operations for improvement, and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance. Develop team performance goals, manage recruitment, and foster professional growth. Maintain industry knowledge by engaging in continuous education and staying current with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of ten years of experience in large-scale and portfolio community association management
- A minimum of ten years of experience in a leadership/executive role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Appropriate state license and industry designations
- CAI PCAM designation
- Leadership Credibility: A highly involved and engaged leader who communicates directly and appropriately throughout the organization and with all external audiences, using fact-based decision-making as a tool to build consensus. Is thoroughly participative and engaged with stakeholders, and a highly valued executive with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate people and get results through others
- Influence: Strong influencing skills and competence in working with and representing stakeholders. Proactive in developing relationships with all stakeholders to develop appropriate strategies critical to the organization's success
- Visionary: An agile thinker who can be nimble and think fluidly about strategy, rather than getting 'process paralyzed.' Moves facilely from the big picture to the details and back again without losing focus
- Growth and Results Orientation: Sets high personal standards of excellence, continuously looking for ways to improve performance and profitability and drive the growth of existing products and services and new revenue-generating channels and services. Influential in establishing and achieving stretch goals, investing, and taking appropriate risks while evaluating potential returns
- People Development: Strong team building and consensus-building skills and a demonstrated ability to reinforce a shared vision and goals. This will include establishing team buy-in and accountability regarding the vision and revenue goals and how to get there. - Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events
- Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices
- Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions
