Job Summary
Executive Transformation Lead sought to drive enterprise transformation across multiple African markets by designing, establishing, and maturing a next-generation Shared Services capability and ERP-enabled transformation (Oracle Cloud and NetSuite). Responsible for end-to-end shared services strategy, operating model design, governance frameworks, and business-case development, with a focus on future-state TOMs, insourcing vs outsourcing analyses, and governance for multi-country environments. The role includes leading diagnostic assessments, standardisation opportunities, technology-enabled transformation, and change-management activities, delivering Board-ready recommendations and measurable benefits. Requires extensive leadership experience in shared services, ERP transformations, multi-country program governance, and strong communication with executive leadership and Boards.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience leading shared services, operating model, and enterprise transformation programmes within African or emerging market environments
- Extensive experience delivering ERP-enabled transformation programmes, particularly within Oracle Cloud and NetSuite environments
- Proven track record establishing, scaling, or transforming multi-country shared services functions
- Strong experience in business case development, sourcing strategy, and transformation governance
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams, Boards, and multi-country stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale ERP transformation budgets exceeding $10 million
- Experience managing multiple external vendors and complex service delivery arrangements across African markets
- Leadership of enterprise-wide transformation governance, change management, and implementation planning
- Experience with automation, AI, RPA, workflow orchestration and analytics
- Board-ready presentation skills
- Ability to design future-state Target Operating Models (TOMs) and operating models across Finance, HR, Payroll, and Supply Chain
