Job Summary
Coordinate the digitalisation and development of e-learning modules, videos, and presentation materials by working with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and vendors to translate learning needs into engaging digital resources. Develop scripts, storyboards, graphics, and interactive activities while managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and contracts from planning through implementation. Lead content review, editorial checks, quality assurance, and accessibility compliance, maintaining organized repositories of source files and approved assets. Monitor project progress, prepare regular updates for internal stakeholders and funders, and ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence. This three-year contract offers a monthly basic salary up to $3,800 for a role supporting Dover Park Hospice's digital transformation journey.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Multimedia, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital learning, instructional design, content development, multimedia production, or project coordination
- Experience in developing and coordinating e-learning modules, videos, and digital learning resources
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, budgets, and deliverables
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop, edit, and review educational content
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools, multimedia editing software, accessibility standards, and content management practices
