Job Summary
Deliver engaging induction sessions, workshops on business skills, and bespoke training tailored to graduate, trainee, and management cohorts. Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to design and adapt content for in-person, virtual, or hybrid delivery modes. Support onboarding logistics, monitor learner progress, and facilitate leadership development events covering delegation, coaching, and team dynamics. Provide facilitation for large-scale learning campaigns and coordinate regional training needs. This 12-month fixed-term role covers maternity leave in London, offering a competitive salary, 33 days of holiday, and accredited Investor in People status within a Top 11 firm of chartered accountants.
