Job Summary

Executive Territory Manager to drive demand generation and liquidation in the assigned territory, manage a team of Market Development Officers, oversee distributor/retailer relationships, ensure product availability, and report sales and activities using SFDC. Key responsibilities include planning and executing the commercial plan, growing market share, maintaining channel performance, and coordinating Go-To-Market strategies. Requires agro-industry sales experience, strong CRM/communication skills, leadership and people-management abilities, strategic planning, and a customer-focused mindset. Education in agriculture with graduate/postgraduate background (MBA preferred) and 3–8 years of relevant experience. Location: Ramanujganj, Chhattisgarh, India. Remote work not indicated; position is in-person in the specified location.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 8 years Agro industry experience (Preferably in Field Crop Seeds)
  • Experienced in Sales management, Customer Relation Management
