Executive - Technical

Understand product risk levels at the validation stage and provide input to the development team. Follow the PP schedule, participate in TLT feedback meetings, and deliver observed improvements and challenges. Conduct integration meetings to take ownership of the product and integrate it into the production environment with relevant teams. Participate in PP meetings, evaluate the tech pack for bulk readiness, monitor pilot runs, and transfer knowledge to the bulk team. Lead productivity improvement projects and provide updates to management. This role supports Silueta's global expansion in intimate wear and sportswear, bridging the gap between development and pre-production.
