Executive Team Leader GM & Grocery (Assistant Manager General Merchandise and Grocery) - South Houston, TX

Lead and manage General Merchandise & Grocery operations within Target for a high-volume store. Drive total store sales, oversee inbound/outbound replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing across GM areas including Food & Beverage where applicable. Direct a team of hourly associates and leaders, handle workload planning, scheduling, and performance management, and coach for guest-first service and food safety standards. Develop strategies to optimize department performance, understand market trends, leverage guest insights, recruit and develop talent, and ensure consistent in-stock, properly priced, and well-presented merchandise to meet store goals.
