Job Summary
Drive total store sales by managing Food & Beverage, inbound/outbound replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional signing across all General Merchandise areas. Lead a team of hourly members and leaders through recruiting, training, and performance management while overseeing pick, pack, and ship fulfillment operations. Develop departmental workload strategies to ensure guest readiness, conduct regular check-ins on task completion, and resolve gaps identified in GM and food service reporting. Maintain strict food safety standards and clean routines, assess store trends, and manage operational changes to support business objectives. Work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, and weekends to deliver a consistent, guest-obsessed experience.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
- Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
