Job Summary
Drive total store sales by managing Food & Beverage, inbound/outbound replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional signing across all General Merchandise areas. Lead a team of hourly members and team leaders to execute pick, pack, and ship fulfillment while maintaining strict food safety and cleaning routines. Develop workload plans and strategies to ensure guest readiness, resolve reporting gaps, and leverage competition insights to maximize profitability. Conduct regular check-ins, coach staff on operational standards, and recruit talent to meet staffing needs. Work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends to support business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
- Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
