Job Summary
Food & Beverage-focused leadership role driving guest experience and store performance. Leads a team of hourly leaders to deliver a guest-first culture, maintain food safety and quality standards, and execute department strategies across scheduling, training, vendor relationships, promotions, and operations. Develops and coach(es) team members, recruits talent, and ensures adherence to brand standards and store-level priorities while optimizing inventory, pricing, and promotional activities. Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Located at 999 Corporate Dr, Westbury, NY (in-store).
