Job Summary
Executive Team Leader-Assets Protection (Assistant Manager Loss Prevention) oversees store safety, theft prevention, and investigations; leads AP team, delivers trainings, manages crisis response, and partners with the Store Director to reduce shortage while driving profitability. The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to recruit, coach, and develop AP Team Leaders, establish safety culture, and execute strategic AP initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
- Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
