Job Summary
Manage executive calendars through effective prioritization and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transport, while building detailed, time-zone-accurate itineraries and troubleshooting disruptions. Lead logistics for company-wide events like the mid-year update and Summit, sourcing venues, managing vendors, and overseeing on-site execution within budget. Track and submit executive expenses in strict compliance with policy and audit guidelines. Requires 1–3 years of administrative experience, G-suite proficiency, and attention to detail. Remote but reachable work policy with options for private medical insurance and up to 5 days of leave.
