Job Summary

Lead the development and delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies for a specialized portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and HR partners. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to build pipelines of diverse executive and senior leadership talent, leveraging deep market intelligence and extensive networks in banking and financial services. Advise business leads on talent market gaps, execute innovative sourcing approaches for active and passive candidates, and maintain accurate recruitment metrics to inform strategy. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, represent the brand in marketplace activities, and consult on optimal sourcing approaches while adhering to enterprise frameworks and risk management practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 7+ years related experience
  • Expert knowledge of recruiting and employment practices
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Extensive recruiting experience in an HR setting or agency
  • Established network of contacts in Banking / financial services and executive circles
  • Expert interviewing experience
  • Proven ability to influence and hire candidates in highly competitive situations
  • Expert ability to develop optimal relationships with associates, hiring managers and executive management
  • Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to develop relationships of trust, respect and credibility both with the external candidate and the internal customer
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in common PC applications including internet recruitment tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and ability to build relationships with potential passive candidates for long term placements
  • Proven experience and ability to create networks and utilize social media
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated experience in capturing data and building a database of market data
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and assignments using sound business judgment without loss in productivity
  • Willingness to consider candidates with 5+ years experience in executive recruiter and/or senior roles (in lieu of 7 year requirement)

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align talent strategies with organizational objectives
