Job Summary
Executive, Talent Acquisition on a 12-month contract responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various functions; manages job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. Sources candidates through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing; partners with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide market insights, and ensure timely fulfilment; conducts screening and interviews to assess fit; maintains recruitment records; supports campaigns, employer branding, and talent-pipeline initiatives. Requires at least 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-volume or multi-stakeholder environments; capable of managing multiple vacancies independently with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Location: London, UK.
