Job Summary
Executive Technology Support for senior Synchrony executives, delivering discreet, high-touch IT assistance across endpoints, mobility, and collaboration platforms. Provide in-room and on-site support for high-profile events and meetings (Board meetings, earnings calls, ELT/SLT sessions, town halls) with AV setup and coordination with cross-functional partners. Proactively monitor device health, ensure secure remote access, and maintain an exceptional executive experience. Coordinate with executive assistants, facilities, and global support teams to ensure seamless coverage and timely incident handling, while supporting pilots and adoption of modern workplace capabilities. This role is onsite in NYC and requires flexibility for after-hours coverage and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years IT experience or 9+ years IT experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years providing high-touch/VIP technology support
- Windows and macOS endpoints
- iOS and Android mobility support
- Collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex)
- Boardroom and event AV systems (cameras, microphones, codecs, displays, control systems)
- Strong communication and discretion
- Onsite work at Stamford HQ; travel as needed
