Executive Support Coordinator

Job Summary
Provide executive administrative support to the Chief Client Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, including calendar management, scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and assisting with executive expenses. Support leadership meetings, client visits, and executive offsites; maintain professionalism and confidentiality; manage multiple priorities in a hybrid, high-energy environment. Requires strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with 2–5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in an Executive support, administrative, office support, hospitality, or customer experience role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with professionalism, patience, and strong interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
