Job Summary
Develop and maintain a rolling 18-month site forecast aligned with sales forecasts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations. Analyze back-order products, provide actionable insights, and drive coordination meetings to ensure uninterrupted product supply across Quality, Sales, and Operations. Prepare and maintain site-specific MIS reports, including Service Level, Volume Absorption Tracking, and Failure-to-Supply analysis, while performing predictive inventory analysis to optimize stock levels. Partner with manufacturing sites to support Annual Budget and Latest Estimate plans and ensure timely capture of finished goods updates in tracking systems.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
