Job Summary
Conduct accurate inventories of equipment and incoming product while projecting annual expenses and developing purchase requirements. Maximize profitability through efficient scheduling, proper supply control, and orderly storage, ensuring all banquet equipment requisitions are completed timely. Escort health inspectors on facility inspections to maintain scores above 95 and meet Boston sanitation standards. Administer administrative duties including payroll, personnel records, and expense forecasts for cleaning supplies and operating equipment. Train and motivate staff while administering development plans for managers and supervisors, ensuring proper handling and maintenance of all china, glass, and silver.
Required Qualifications
- at least two (2) or more years of strong Food & Beverage Supervisory and/or Management experience in a Full-Service Hotel
- previous experience in a Luxury Environment
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- Require good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to lift up to 15lbs + on a regular and continuous basis
