Job Summary
Executive, Staffing Operations for pandamart stores in Singapore. Manage end-to-end recruitment for store operations including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management; build and maintain a pool of temporary manpower to fill shifts; develop contingency plans to cover shift gaps; analyze turnover to forecast hiring needs; arrange training for new hires and ensure 100% attendance; maintain and update job descriptions; collaborate with Workforce Planner, Training Team, Operations Team, and HR; require degree in HR/BA or similar (preferred) and at least 2 years in recruitment; capable of supporting manpower needs after hours/weekends; knowledgeable about hiring processes and MOM labour laws; strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills; proactive in hiring and recruitment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar preferred
- At least 2 years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Must be able to assist and support manpower gaps after office hours/weekends for any urgent staffing needs
- Sound knowledge of hiring processes and MOM’s labour laws
- Excellent judgment of character and skilled at candidate screening and interviewing
- Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Proactive approach to hiring and recruitment
