Job Summary
Executive Sports Host responsible for assisting players across communication channels to build long-term loyalty, with a defined player segment and objectives driven by telemarketing and customer relations. The role includes direct service to players via phone, email, and text, facilitation of in-person hosting for events and MGM properties, liaising with multiple departments to implement solutions, ensuring product understanding and regulatory compliance, and maintaining high integrity and performance standards. The position requires obtaining and maintaining a gaming license, and success relies on deep knowledge of sports betting, VIP hosting experience, and proficiency with systems such as BetScroller, Trading Dashboard, P-reports, CSM, Geocomply, Backoffice, and Power BI. It is based in Las Vegas, NV, with in-person responsibilities at MGM properties and events, and supports a culture of inclusivity and equal opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to gain and maintain a gaming license through proper jurisdictions as a condition of hire
- 2+ years of VIP hosting experience (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of sports betting
- Sales driven with customer-service orientation
- Proficient in Excel; comfortable with back-end systems
- Experience with or ability to learn BetScroller, Trading Dashboard, P-reports, CSM, Geocomply, Backoffice, and Power BI
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Detail oriented with time management skills and ability to deliver results under pressure
- Analytical mindset and ability to think creatively to resolve issues
