Job Summary
The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for sourcing and ordering the highest quality ingredients, developing and maintaining recipes, organizing a large team, overseeing professional service, maintaining kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and managing scheduling and inventory within a budget. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a culinary setting, preferably with backgrounds in Michelin-starred restaurants, and must hold a culinary diploma or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications

- Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
- Team-orientated and positive attitude
