Job Summary
Lead a high-performing kitchen team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of excellence while providing direct mentorship to Area Managers. Act as the central pivot between shifts, orchestrating handovers that guarantee continuity and overseeing cross-shift collaboration to resolve bottlenecks before impacting production. Monitor and analyze KPIs across productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction to drive operational improvements and optimize kitchen efficiency. Uphold all food hygiene protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices, ensuring the kitchen environment meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Champion precision in food preparation and encourage culinary innovation to elevate outcomes. This 24-month contract role offers internal training, a yearly learning budget, competitive salary, and 30 days of vacation.
