Job Summary
Lead a high-performing kitchen team, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of excellence while providing direct mentorship to Area Managers. Act as the central pivot between shifts, orchestrating handovers that guarantee continuity and overseeing cross-shift collaboration to resolve bottlenecks before impacting production. Monitor KPIs across productivity and quality to drive operational improvements, track resource utilization, and enforce all food hygiene protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices without exception. Champion precision in food preparation and encourage culinary innovation. This 24-month contract includes a yearly Learning & Development budget, competitive salary, 30 days of vacation, and discounts on Factor_-boxes.
