Executive (Social Work), Youth Mental Health (1-year contract)

Job Summary
Conduct mental health screening, provide basic emotional support, and serve as an initial point of contact for clients requiring triage. Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating centre programmes while liaising with external agencies for resources and publicity. Manage data systems, uphold social media accounts, and coordinate volunteer recruitment alongside preventive education initiatives. Perform reception duties as needed and deliver information and referral services. Requires a degree in Social Work or Psychology, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to communicate in English and an additional language. Occasional weekday evening duties may be required for approximately 3-4 months annually.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Marketing and client service skills in sharing programmes and group presentations
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proactive, resourceful, and organised in managing tasks and responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and virtual communication platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Willingness to support occasional weekday evening duties based on operational needs (e.g. approximately 3-4 months per year, on a non-consecutive or periodic basis)
- Ability to communicate in English and an additional language (e.g. Chinese or Malay)
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in English and an additional language (e.g. Chinese or Malay) to support service delivery needs to support the clients who speak Mandarin/Malay is an advantage
