Job Summary
Greet and promote positive customer relations by circulating throughout casino playing areas and traveling to various player events. Communicate with existing and potential customers in a congenial manner, providing necessary information in written and verbal forms. Prepare legible forms for customer reservations and amenities while utilizing computer systems to analyze guest history and profitability. Obtain and maintain customer records by following established procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years customer service position experience and/or casino operations experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and usage required
- Appropriate business attire required
