Job Summary
Executive Site Leader responsible for overall leadership and performance of the Norwich, NY manufacturing site, including site strategy, SQDC metrics, lean transformation, and people development. Leads manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering, materials, EHS, quality, and support functions; partners with cross-functional teams to align on demand, programs, NPI, and growth plans; drives continuous improvement to improve OTD, first-pass yield, waste reduction, inventory turns, and asset utilization; ensures compliance with regulatory and customer standards (FAA, AS9100) and maintains robust quality and governance; manages site budget and capital expenditure plans, drives cost-out initiatives, and fosters an inclusive, high-performance culture with strong communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in manufacturing or operations
