Job Summary
Executive Site Director in Baltimore leading College Track’s Baltimore site: responsible for philanthropic leadership, donor engagement, building a Local Advisory Board, representing the mission at events and in media, and cultivating partnerships with anchor investors. Owns scholar recruitment and retention strategy, builds infrastructure with school/district partners for a ten-year student pathway, leads a 3–4 person team, maintains site budget and forecasting with Finance, and drives outcomes for first-generation students. Requires 10–13 years of leadership/relationship-building experience, fundraising track record, strategic and communication skills, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), availability for an 11:00 AM–7:30 PM schedule, and a valid driver’s license; Spanish or Cantonese fluency is a bonus. In-person role based in Baltimore with some travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (master's preferred)
- 10–13 years of relevant leadership/management experience

- exceptional communication skills
- availability for an 11:00 AM–7:30 PM schedule Monday–Friday
- valid driver’s license and ability to meet driver clearance process

- in-person, full-time role based in Baltimore; some travel may be required
