Job Summary
Manage day-to-day D2C fulfilment operations for Pluckk's FMCG portfolio in Delhi, covering frozen and ambient products. Maintain adequate safety stock across all active SKUs, monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs, and coordinate end-to-end order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch through third-party logistics partners. Track pending orders, delivery exceptions, and operational issues while ensuring adherence to defined SOPs and service-level expectations. Support F&V operations when the category is restarted. Requires 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce or fulfilment, proficiency with Excel and order management systems, and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate
- 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, retail, or fulfilment operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfilment
- Comfortable working with Excel, order management systems, and operational reports
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Willingness to take end-to-end operational ownership
