Job Summary
Executive Service Sales role at Otis focusing on growing the service business through maintaining an existing portfolio, acquiring new business, and selling modernization and repairs. Responsibilities include managing elevator-unit portfolios, serving as primary contact for customer inquiries, developing build-on repair and modernization sales via networking, bids, and tenders, crafting a sales strategy to hit targets, using Otis’ sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results, conducting sales negotiations, closing deals, ensuring timely payments, and collaborating with sales representatives and field colleagues. Requires a business or technical degree (or equivalent training) and initial experience selling technical products with a strong customer/service orientation; candidate should be target-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment. Required Qualifications
