Executive / Senior Executive - QA/QC

Conduct daily QC testing for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods in the Construction Chemicals Plant, generating Certificates of Analysis and maintaining tracking records for control samples. Prepare lab batches for finished goods as required, ensure instrument calibration, and manage MSDS availability. Investigate customer complaints for root cause analysis, coordinate with the quality control officer, and maintain monthly SPC charts and rework records. Train lab technicians, enforce safety protocols and PPE usage, and ensure overall laboratory cleanliness and housekeeping.
