Job Summary
Send inquiries to suitable vendors, OEMs, and distributors while acting as a catalyst between demand and supply. Make comparative statements based on quality, lead time, and price, then negotiate terms and commercials. Place purchase orders within a stipulated time, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain documentation of executed orders. This role requires 4-6 years of business purchase experience, outstanding presentation skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Tally ERP, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho is an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication to connect clients globally
- Good negotiation skills
- Understanding of GST, IGST, import order execution
- 4-6 years of minimum business Purchase or other relevant experience
- Outstanding presentation, and reporting skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Tally ERP and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in using any CRM tool like Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, etc.
