Job Summary
Senior Executive role based in Tokyo leading digital strategy, AI-enabled transformation, and integrated campaigns across APAC/Japan. Involves strategizing from planning through execution, partnering with regional and local clients, and guiding teams to deliver connected brand experiences across earned, owned, paid, and social channels. Focuses on combining storytelling, data, and business outcomes, mentoring and leading talent, driving revenue and client growth, and staying ahead of AI-driven marketing trends within MarTech ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, PR/Advertising, Marketing/Integrated Communications, Journalism, Linguistics or other relevant degrees from a reputable University
- Have about 3-5 years of relevant digital marketing, integrated communications, or consulting experience (agency experience is preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in both Japanese and English is required
- Have relevant experience in leading integrated campaigns, digital transformations, and project management
- Strong knowledge of MarTech, analytics, paid media, SEO, and conversion optimisation
- Deep understanding of social platforms and Japan/APAC digital landscape preferred
- Familiarity with AI and emerging marketing technologies advantageous
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior client relationships across multi-markets in APAC
- Strong communication, planning, and project management skills
