Job Summary
Lead and review medium-to-high complexity corporate secretarial tasks, including preparing and organizing board and shareholder meetings, drafting resolutions and minutes, handling director and auditor changes; manage governance activities such as constitution amendments, investment approvals, AML/KYC reviews, and regulatory filings; support regulator inspections and ensure timely escalation of client or service issues; maintain high-quality record-keeping, ISMS-aligned information protection, and responsive service delivery while collaborating with Associate Manager and Manager to support a diverse client portfolio in Mauritian financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or professional qualification (ICSA) or progressing through ACCA/ACA (at least Level 2)
- hands-on experience in a similar corporate secretarial role
- solid experience in corporate administration and secretarial matters
- familiarity with the Companies Act, Financial Services Act and Mauritius governance requirements
- ability to coach junior staff and support regulator inspections
