Assess candidate competencies and aspirations while engaging with identified leaders to evaluate fitment and interest. Participate in client meetings to define scope and provide regular updates on the transition process. Perform discreet reference checks with at least three independent sources, including reporting bosses and peers. Develop business propositions through sector studies and initiate first-level contact with target companies. The role focuses on the value and volume of closures, with business development serving as a secondary component. Success requires an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, senior-level hiring experience, and excellent communication skills.
