Executive Search Consultant

Executive Search Consultant responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery across on-site and off-site environments, building and extending client relationships, and sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. Acts as a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems (Crelate) and recruitment methodologies while delivering high-touch candidate relationship management and client-focused service. Key duties include multi-channel candidate sourcing, client communications, process improvement recommendations, role briefings with clients, process management, sourcing, adherence to client recruitment processes, competency-based interviewing, and presenting opportunities and client value propositions.
