Job Summary
Develop the Facilities Management and Property Services specialism within the wider property team by working with an established client base while growing new relationships. Deliver the end-to-end retained search process to clients globally, operating across permanent, interim, and executive search assignments. Take real ownership of the FM market to shape its direction and become the go-to recruiter for FM talent. Leverage strong business development skills to build long-term client relationships in a mature, collaborative global environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven recruitment experience
- exposure to Facilities Management, Property Services, or a related sector
- Strong business development skills
