Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach while delivering senior-level talent insights including availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping. Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping, maintaining rigorous documentation to protect experience and compliance. Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed, tracking progress and risks to escalate blockers early and propose clear mitigation steps. This role combines structured administration with clear communication and disciplined prioritisation within Haldren, a premier recruitment agency, offering a flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management
- Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes
- Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
- High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
