Job Summary
Executive Search Associate responsible for supporting end-to-end executive searches, developing search strategies, conducting industry and company research, mapping executive talent, contacting prospective candidates, conducting interviews, and managing candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle while collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality search deliverables and maintain professionalism and ethics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in executive search or in-house executive talent acquisition
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence clients and candidates
- Demonstrated expertise in managing recruitment processes
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
