Job Summary
The role of Executive Sales Specialist Arrays – LATAM involves the protection, expansion, and creation of new array business in collaboration with local account managers and other functions. Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert for Illumina Infinium arrays, supporting large accounts, building relationships with key customers, and facilitating sales training. The candidate is expected to communicate market observations and develop customer-centric plans to increase sales volume and profit. A strong technical background and significant sales experience of complex products are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- 6 years related experience with a Master's degree
- 3 years related experience with a PhD
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Strong understanding of Illumina DNA sequencing business
- Experience in sales training and enabling local account managers
